He started his career in foreign trade and managed production and project-related import operations, supply chain operations including material planning, pricing, logistics and customs procedures at Memsan Varil, Vestel Elektronik and Koleksiyon Mobilya, which are leading companies in their respective fields.
Arzu Öktem, who graduated from Üsküdar American Girls High School and Boğaziçi University Business Administration, took part in the Turkish structuring of Aventis Pasteur in 1992 and continued her work in the field of foreign trade within this company. From 1996 onwards, she played an active role in the establishment and management of the Aventis Pasteur Human Resources unit.
He continued his career with an active role he assumed since the establishment of Denso Automotive, which came to Türkiye as a new investment in 2002; he carried out the management and coordination of recruitment activities, conducting official connections, creating company policies, procedures and strategies within the framework of corporate planning, wage-performance policies, non-production purchases, training-orientation practices and internal-external corporate communication issues.
She served different sectors and companies as a Human Resources Consultant between 2015 and 2022. For the last two years, she worked as the Human Resources Director responsible for global operations at Rigicon Medikal.
