With nearly 20 years of experience in engineering, quality and project management at international Japanese companies Sango for 2.5 years and Denso for 16 years, he has led teams to increase the efficiency of manufacturing processes. He has a deep understanding of lean manufacturing, process improvement and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, he has worked with a broad perspective from the production field to strategic management levels, specializing in increasing efficiency in production processes, reducing waste and integrating the philosophy of continuous improvement into the company culture, and has contributed to operations becoming more flexible, faster and more competitive with the projects he developed in the fields of production management, quality processes and supply chain.
Now, he aims to help companies make their production systems more effective by sharing the knowledge and experience he has gained. He offers consultancy services that optimize production operations, increase efficiency and encourage active participation of employees in the process by developing practical and field applicable solutions.
Integrated "Design Change Management System" into Denso Company
Led the creation and publication of Denso Corporation's own Technical Drawings
He and his team received the 2nd prize from Toyota in the "Project Management" category.
He and his team were awarded the 1st prize by Honda in the subject of "Supplier Quality Management".
Along with the projects it undertook, it localized Production and Quality Control Jigs, Machinery manufacturing and other equipment. (100% was reached with the TOGG project)

20 years at @DENSO, a Toyota Group company, in Sales, Supply Chain Management and Plant Management roles; leading the achievement of operational excellence, profitability increase and strategic growth focused goals. At DENSO, it achieved cost savings in efficiency every year in factory management and achieved the "Best Factory Performance" among Group Companies in cost, efficiency, quality and delivery performance KPIs in 2021.

He started his career in foreign trade and managed production and project-related import operations, supply chain operations including material planning, pricing, logistics and customs procedures at Memsan Varil, Vestel Elektronik and Koleksiyon Mobilya, which are leading companies in their respective fields.
Arzu Öktem, who graduated from Üsküdar American Girls High School and Boğaziçi University Business Administration, took part in the Turkish structuring of Aventis Pasteur in 1992 and continued her work in the field of foreign trade within this company. From 1996 onwards, she played an active role in the establishment and management of the Aventis Pasteur Human Resources unit.
He continued his career with an active role he assumed since the establishment of Denso Automotive, which came to Türkiye as a new investment in 2002; he carried out the management and coordination of recruitment activities, conducting official connections, creating company policies, procedures and strategies within the framework of corporate planning, wage-performance policies, non-production purchases, training-orientation practices and internal-external corporate communication issues.
She served different sectors and companies as a Human Resources Consultant between 2015 and 2022. For the last two years, she worked as the Human Resources Director responsible for global operations at Rigicon Medikal.

He has over 8 years of experience in the field of robotic automation. Aiming to produce high-quality and efficient solutions with high technology in production lines, Uğur is an expert in programming and commissioning of many robot brands, especially FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robot and OMRON.
It offers customer-specific solutions with its experience in project and production engineering, 3D design, electrical-electronic systems, mechanics and automation.
He previously worked in national and international companies such as DENSO, FANUC Turkey, Plastic Omnium, and took active roles in many areas from production engineering to sales management, from robotic project engineering to process automation expertise.
Combining the experience he gained in the field with the principles of continuous development and innovation, Uğur works today to make production processes within Kaiden smarter, faster and more reliable.
